Terms of service

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of saidweekly, operated by Martin Miller Software Consulting LLC, doing business as saidweekly, at 8428 Wiese Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141. In these terms, “saidweekly,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that company.

By purchasing a plan or starting the free plan, you agree to these terms. If you use saidweekly on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

1. The service

saidweekly is a self-service WordPress plugin backed by a cloud service. It plans an editorial calendar for one website and creates and delivers articles into that website’s WordPress installation.

Your plan provides the publishing cadence and features described at purchase. saidweekly does not include personalized SEO consulting, custom copywriting, marketing strategy or general website maintenance.

2. Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions cover one website and are billed annually in advance, in US dollars. Any monthly equivalent shown is for comparison only; monthly billing is not available.

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan unless you cancel before renewal. We email a renewal reminder before charging you.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription remains active during a 14-day grace period while payment is retried. If payment remains unpaid after that period, your subscription is suspended and credits cannot be used until it becomes active again.

A price change does not change the per-credit rate recorded for credits you have already purchased.

3. Article credits

Each paid term includes article credits calculated from your plan’s publishing cadence and the calendar dates in that term.

One credit is used when an article is successfully delivered into your WordPress installation, whether as a draft or a scheduled article. A failed generation or delivery does not use a credit.

Changing a topic before generation or editing a delivered article yourself does not use another credit. Requesting an AI replacement uses one credit if the replacement is successfully delivered.

Credits require an active subscription. At a paid renewal, unused credits roll over and lose their cash refund value. Their original expiration date does not change: credits expire six months after the renewal date ending the term in which they were granted.

If your subscription lapses, unused credits become inactive. Resubscribing before they expire restores them as rolled-over credits with no cash refund value. Expired or refunded credits are not restored.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation turns off future automatic renewals. Your subscription and usable credits remain available until the end of your paid term.

During your current term, you may instead request a cash refund for eligible unused credits. Eligible credits must be unused, unexpired, belong to the term then in force and carry a cash refund value. The refund is calculated using the per-credit rate actually paid for those credits, rather than the current plan price.

Taking a refund ends your subscription immediately and surrenders all remaining credits, including credits that have no refund value. A refund cannot leave the subscription running with a reduced balance.

Rolled-over credits, goodwill credits and free-plan credits have no cash refund value. Expired and used credits are not refundable.

5. The free plan

The free plan provides one article per calendar month, with no rollover.

Every article generated under the free plan carries the linked byline “Article provided by saidweekly.” The plugin displays this byline and does not provide a setting to remove it. Editing the article does not remove the byline; removing it ends eligibility for the free plan.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, the bylines are removed from articles generated under your free plan.

The free plan is started from inside the plugin, with no payment and no license key, by an administrator of the website; starting it sends us the website's address, the address articles are delivered to, the administrator's email address and the business name. It is limited to one per email address and one per website. Top-up credits are not available on the free plan.

6. Website moves and staging copies

You may move a paid subscription to a different domain up to three times per subscription year using the same license key. A move does not require a new purchase or change your credit balance. The free plan has no license key and cannot be moved; a different website starts its own free plan.

A staging or development copy does not count as a move and cannot request articles or spend credits.

7. Your content and backups

Your WordPress installation is the only place saidweekly persistently stores your brand profile, editorial calendar, research and articles. We process that content temporarily in our cloud service to produce calendars and articles.

Processing also involves third-party providers, including Anthropic for text generation and Pexels for images. Those providers may retain information under their own policies; our storage approach does not mean that content never leaves WordPress or that every provider offers zero retention.

We keep account, billing, license, credit and operational records needed to run the service.

We do not keep a recoverable copy of your articles. You are responsible for your WordPress backups. If your website loses an article, we cannot restore it from a central saidweekly archive.

Delivered content remains available in your WordPress installation after your subscription ends. Deactivating the plugin does not remove it, and uninstalling keeps content and settings by default.

8. Reviewing and publishing articles

saidweekly creates drafts. You are responsible for reviewing material before publication, including factual claims, services, prices, offers, qualifications, guarantees, contact details and any legal, financial, medical, technical or other specialized advice.

Generated material may contain errors or outdated information. saidweekly does not certify that claims about your business are true or current.

Saving as drafts is the default. If you enable automatic publishing, you choose to publish future articles without reviewing each one beforehand and remain responsible for the published material. You must still comply with any human-review or disclosure requirements described in section 11. Automatic publishing must not be used where it would bypass those requirements.

Automated checks and publication holds may identify certain problems, but they do not guarantee accuracy or suitability.

saidweekly does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or placement. Publishing more often does not, by itself, guarantee better search performance.

9. Featured images

Featured images are supplied through Pexels and are subject to the applicable Pexels license.

That license permits free commercial use without attribution, but Pexels does not provide model or property releases or indemnification. You are responsible for checking whether an image is suitable for your intended use, particularly where a recognizable person or brand could appear to endorse your business or a sensitive claim.

10. Support and availability

Support begins with self-service documentation and AI-assisted help, with human escalation for account, billing, installation, activation and product-defect matters.

Support does not include personalized SEO consulting, custom copywriting, unlimited rewrites, marketing strategy, general WordPress consulting, social media, paid advertising or hands-on editorial work.

We do not make an uptime commitment. If an article cannot be generated or delivered, its credit is released. A service incident does not create a separate entitlement to compensation under these terms. The refund policy in section 4 continues to apply.

11. Acceptable use and AI provider requirements

You must use saidweekly in compliance with applicable law, these terms and the Anthropic Usage Policy then in effect, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. This requirement applies to the information you submit, the content you request and your use of generated material.

You may not use saidweekly for any activity prohibited by that policy or bypass its restrictions, safeguards or required human review and disclosures. Enabling automatic publishing does not excuse compliance with those requirements. Permission under these terms does not authorize a use Anthropic prohibits.

You must also have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your materials and publish the resulting content. You may not use saidweekly to publish unlawful, infringing or deceptive material or to circumvent account, license or service limits.

We may refuse a request or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a suspected violation, protect the service or comply with a provider requirement or applicable law. We may terminate a subscription for a material breach. Eligible unused credits remain refundable under section 4. A failed generation or delivery does not consume a credit.

12. Ownership and licenses

Your materials. You retain your rights in the materials you provide, including your business information, brand materials and existing content. You grant saidweekly a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, reproduce and transmit those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, including processing by service providers involved in fulfilling your requests. This license does not authorize a central content archive or override the storage limitations in section 7.

Generated content. As between you and saidweekly, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the generated text and editorial-calendar material delivered to your website. We assign to you any rights we may hold in that material. Your rights in delivered material continue after your subscription ends.

AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection and may resemble material generated for other customers. We do not promise that generated content is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights.

Third-party materials. Stock photographs and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. We do not transfer ownership of those materials or grant rights beyond what those licenses permit. Pexels images are addressed in section 9.

Our service and software. We and our licensors retain our rights in the saidweekly service, branding, documentation and underlying technology. Your subscription authorizes access to the cloud service for the covered website while your subscription is active, subject to these terms.

The WordPress plugin is separately licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. These terms do not restrict rights granted under that license or another applicable open-source license. An open-source software license does not grant access to the saidweekly cloud service.

13. Warranty disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND GENERATED MATERIAL ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS COMMITMENTS IN THESE TERMS, SAIDWEEKLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT GENERATED MATERIAL WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, UNIQUE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GENERATED MATERIAL IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

These disclaimers do not change our express credit-release and refund obligations or exclude any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAIDWEEKLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

SAIDWEEKLY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • US $100; OR
  • THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO SAIDWEEKLY FOR THE AFFECTED SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of a claim. Related claims are treated as arising from the first related event.

The exclusions and cap do not limit our express refund obligations, liability arising from our fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not reduce rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect.

Changes to the Anthropic Usage Policy apply on the effective dates established by Anthropic. You must stop any affected use that no longer complies with that policy.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Ohio law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
