Manage your subscription
Your subscription is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. On their secure page you can:
- change your plan (an upgrade takes effect straight away; a downgrade at your next renewal),
- update your payment method,
- see and download your invoices,
- cancel, which stops renewal at the end of your current year.
SIGNING IN
You will be asked for the email address you signed up with, and Stripe will email you a sign-in link. Nothing to remember, no password. If the email does not arrive, it is probably a different address from the one you used at checkout; support can sort that out. The free plan has no account here: it is managed from the plugin, and upgrading is buying a paid plan and pasting the license key into it.
YOUR CONTENT
Your articles, topics and settings live in your WordPress site and are not affected by anything you do here. Cancelling keeps them exactly as they are.
