Will it publish anything without me?

Not unless you tell it to. Every article arrives as a draft, and publishing is your decision. If you switch on automatic publishing, articles go live on their scheduled date, but only articles written after you switched it on, never a past-dated one, and never one that arrived without a suitable featured image or whose topic changed after it was written. You can pause everything at any time.

Where is my content kept?

saidweekly stores your brand profile, editorial calendar, research and articles only in your WordPress site. Our servers process them while an article or calendar is being produced and keep only account, billing and usage records. Three things follow from that, and we would rather say them plainly:

  • saidweekly holds no copy of any article. If one cannot be delivered to your site it is written again; if your site loses it, it is gone from our side too. Backups are your own WordPress backups.
  • While an article is being produced, your content is processed by our cloud service and by the model provider (Anthropic) and the image provider (Pexels). Anthropic deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days by default.
  • Everything already on your site stays available, editable and publishable if your subscription ends or you remove the plugin. Removing the plugin keeps your content and settings by default.

What does one credit produce?

One successful article delivered into your site: the article at the length you set, a title, SEO title and meta description, tags, a featured image where a suitable one is available, WordPress-ready formatting, and your call to action. An article delivered without an image, because none suitable was found, still counts. An article that could not be delivered at all does not: the credit is released and the topic is tried again.

Where do the featured images come from, and can I use them?

From Pexels, whose licence allows free commercial use with no attribution required. Two limits apply, as they do to any free stock library: there are no model or property releases, so a photograph of an identifiable person, private property, logo or artwork may not be usable in a way that implies they endorse your business; and there is no indemnification, so if someone brings a claim about an image, the risk is yours. If a delivered image shows a recognisable person and the article could read as an endorsement, or the subject is sensitive, swap the image before publishing. It is an ordinary WordPress edit and nothing will change it back.

Does saidweekly check what it writes about my business?

saidweekly writes from the details you confirmed in Branding and from its research, and it holds an article for your attention when it notices a claim about your business that was not in your details. It does not certify that anything it writes is true or current. You are responsible for reviewing articles before publication, including prices, services, offers, contact details and any legal, financial, medical or regulated claims, and, if you switch on automatic publishing, for having chosen to publish without reviewing each one.

What is not included?

saidweekly is a self-service product. It is not a hosted content archive, a one-to-one writing service, a consultancy or a website-repair service. It does not include personalised SEO consulting, custom copywriting, unlimited rewrites, marketing strategy, general WordPress help, social media, paid advertising or hands-on editorial work. It covers one website per subscription, with no agency, multi-site, team or white-label options at launch, and it does not measure search positions, search volumes or keyword difficulty.

What about refunds and cancelling?

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access through the end of your year. A refund is different: you may ask for a pro-rata refund of your unused credits at any point in the term, and taking it ends the subscription immediately and surrenders all remaining credits. Unused credits roll over when you renew and expire six months after the renewal date they were granted for.

Can I move to a different website?

On a paid plan, yes, up to three times a year, self-service, reusing your license key. A move never costs a purchase and never changes your credits. A staging copy of your site is not a move; it cannot request articles or spend credits. The free plan has no license key and does not move: the new website starts its own free plan.

What does the free plan involve?

One article a calendar month, with no card, no account here and no license key: install the plugin and click Start the free plan under Settings → saidweekly. It includes a researched 90-day calendar, extended every month, and one full calendar regeneration a year from your first anniversary. Every article written on the free plan ends with the line Article provided by saidweekly, linking to this site. It stays on the article even if you edit the text; removing it ends the free plan. Upgrade to any paid plan, paste the license key into the plugin, and the line comes off every article. One free plan per email address and per website.

How do I get help?

Through the support form. Answers come by email, from documentation and your account details first, and from a person for anything to do with your account, billing, installation, activation or a defect in the product. Plan changes, invoices and cancellation are on the manage your subscription page.
